The Vision for all proceeds will benefit Joyce Carelock Ministries, a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to providing a variety of essential resources and training opportunities to disadvantaged members of society. Our goal is to increase the amount of free classes through sponsorship.
The JCM H.E.L.P. Center is located at 9161 Liberia Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110. The Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Our Tax ID is available upon request.
