Did you know that reluctant or struggling readers who read to dogs feel more relaxed when they read, enjoy reading more and can become better readers? Practice your reading and make a new friend by reading to a therapy dog at the library. Bring your own book or use one of ours on Saturday, December 13th at 11:45 a.m. Sign up for a 15 minute time slot beginning 30 minutes before the program start time.
This program is for young readers ages 5-11. All reading abilities are invited to read to registered therapy dogs at the library!
