Meet author, Air Force veteran and retired U.S. Diplomat, Robert F. Dorr at the Chinn Park Regional Library on Tuesday, October 14th at 1:00 p.m.
Bob author will share new information about the experiences of everyday people caught up in extraordinary events, including the March 10, 1945, firebomb mission to Tokyo and the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Recounting interesting, serious, and sometimes humorous things that happened to everyday people on both sides of the war. Mr. Dorr will offer some new revelations, including, for example, the fact that the Nagasaki mission was a fiasco. The author will sign and sell copies of this and previous publications.
