No trick, just treats at the Bull Run Regional Library on Friday, October 31st from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wear your costume, enjoy a not-at-all-spooky Halloween storytime, then take a promenade around the library to collect some fun treats that are just right for kids.
