Don’t miss your chance for some great book bargains at the Friends of Potomac Library Book Sale to be held from Friday, September 5 through Sunday, September 7. Sale hours on Friday and Saturday are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On Sunday, also known as bargain day, the sale is open from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Materials available for purchase include cookbooks, paperbacks, novels, magazines, recordings, and other items. Proceeds support programs at the library. Hardback books sell for $1.00, paperbacks cost 50 cents, and magazines are priced at 25 cents an issue. The sale also features encyclopedias or other reference books for sale at special prices.
On Bargain Day, Sunday, September 7, all the books you can fit in a brown paper grocery bag will cost only $1.00. Please join us to take advantage of this opportunity to stock up on books at a great price. The sale will be held in the Community Room of the Potomac Community Library.
