The Northern Virginia area John Maxwell Team of Independent Coaches, Trainers, and Speakers are joining together to provide free leadership training for Northern Virginia businesses in March 2018. ShaNita Nolan, John Maxwell Team Executive Director, and Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer, and owner of Circle of Trust Leadership and Kimberly McFarlane, owner of 360 Business Credit have teamed up to spearhead the collaborative initiative with fellow John Maxwell Team Members, intending for it to become an annual event.
