AIM Human Performance Partnering to Provide Programs & Seminars

We don’t follow the latest fitness fads or trends. At AIM Human Performance, we are committed to offering factual, scientifically-based information from all aspects of the health and fitness industry. This means partnering with other health professionals to offer information and services our community needs to be healthy.
Our Community Wellness Seminar Series is just one of the ways we are helping Prince William county get healthier! This ongoing seminar series features health and wellness professionals in the local area who meet high standards of professionalism, competency in their field, and who adhere to the core values of AIM Human Performance. The goal of these seminars is to help you learn about other areas of health and wellness, as well as, help you build your own personal wellness team. This event is open to anyone in the community and is free of charge. The next edition of the Community Wellness Seminar Series, “Essential Oils for Immunity,” takes place on Saturday, February 3rd from 1pm-3pm.  This workshop will teach you what essential oils are, where they come from, and how they can be used. This is not a sales pitch presentation! The goal of this workshop is to give you an understanding of essential oils and how they can be used to help fight off the common winter colds and flu. This workshop is given by Valerie Morgan of Burke, VA.  For more information, visit https://www.aimhumanperformance.com/events/2018/2/3/essential-oils-for-immunity
The best results, stem from a thorough assessment.  We’ve partnered with Select Physical Therapy of Woodbridge to offer FUSIONETICS to all those who participate in our 8 week Strength Training for Golfers and Runners.  Participants will receive a pre- and post test with this comprehensive digital assessment tool used to discover potential injuries and ares of weakness that will be addressed during the 8 week program.  This is the same tool that’s used by the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, and the NCAA to test their athletes for potential injuries.  A post test will be performed at the end of the 8 week period to measure progress.
