Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh Names Managing Shareholders and New Shareholders

Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Nan E. Walsh and David J. Bomgardner to managing shareholders of the Arlington and Prince William offices respectively. The firm also promoted Wendy Alexander McNair, Michael J. Kalish and G. Evan Pritchard to shareholder, effective January 1, 2014.
Ms. Walsh joined the firm in 1984 and is an expert in all phases of the land use and zoning process. She has extensive experience assisting clients in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects in Arlington County. Mr. Bomgardner joined the firm in 1987 and practices in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions and Commercial Business Transactions groups. He routinely negotiates and prepares documents for the acquisition, financing and sale of land and improved property and the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties.
Ms. McNair joined the firm in 2001 and practices in the area of commercial litigation, specifically employment litigation and title defense. Mr. Kalish joined the firm in 2007 and handles commercial litigation matters for the firm. Mr. Pritchard joined the firm in 2007, after serving for six years in the justice department, and focuses his practice on land use and zoning matters in Arlington and Fairfax.
