Visit the Bull Run Regional Library on Thursday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. for the top chef pasta challenge. Think outside the box; fresh pasta is much tastier than dried boxed noodles! Making noodles from scratch requires cracking a few eggs and working with fly-away flour. Learn a new skill, workout your cooking muscles rolling and shaping your dough, and then eat your creations. As they say in Italy, mangiare la pasta! This program is for students in grades 6-12. Registration is required.
