|Staffing/Office Coordinator (Weekend)
The Weekend Coordinator position is a full-time position working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. MUST be able to manage the on-call phone during that time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintains scheduling and organizing of Caregivers for all clients.
-Manages client and caregiver information in scheduling software
-Assists with time-off requests
-Answers phones and directs calls.
-Office organization: supplies, materials, client/caregiver folders
-Manages the client and caregiver files to ensure compliance
-Phone screening for potential caregivers
-Schedules applicants for interviews.
-Processes employment applications, reference verifications and background checks.
-Follows up with quality control calls for new clients and employees.
-Answers questions for potential clients on the phone and mails out company information.
-Schedules client visits and intakes the new information.
-On call with company phone
-Fills in with clients out in the field
-Performs miscellaneous office duties and services as needed.
-Assists the Director and Owner with accreditation projects
-Writes thank you notes to new clients.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Requires strong problem solving and organizational skills. Must be able to adjust to changing situations. Prior experience with the elderly preferred. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, telephone experience and computer literacy. Must be able to work in a small office environment.
