Sean Porter

Sean Porter was an associate partner in a small firm prior to joining the firm in 2003. Sean became a managing partner in 2007. Sean became the sole owner of Loveless Porter Architects in 2012. Sean is responsible for project management including space planning, design development, construction documents, code research, and construction administration. Sean has a strong understanding of the building codes and local jurisdictions. He has had to be creative when interpreting the codes as it applies to older buildings designed under “legacy” codes.
