Michael Houston

Michael Houston is passionate about helping people build their legacies. He serves as the President and Co-Founder of Houston Consulting Group & Associates and HCG Real Estate School in Lake Ridge, VA alongside his wife Tara Furges Houston who is the CEO and Founder of both companies. Michael also leads one of the largest and rapidly growing agent groups with eXp Realty – Legacy Builders Global agent partner group – providing professional real estate services throughout VA, MD, DC; and other U.S. and global markets while helping his agents and brokers build better businesses to live better lives, and ultimately build their legacies in the real estate profession. He enjoys creating fun and memorable experiences with his wife and four sons, and serving and empowering his community through his church, professional organizations and various volunteer initiatives.
