Bradley Marshall is a Shareholder at Vanderpool, Frostick, & Nishanian, PC, where he leads the white collar, criminal, and traffic defense section, co-leads the investigation section, and is on the municipal law and civil litigation sections as well. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for more than a decade. Brad is appointed by the Governor to the Virginia Criminal Justice Services Board, appointed by the Board of Supervisors to the PWC Community Services Board, serves as Chair of the local Community Criminal Justice Board, and currently serves on the boards for Court Appointed Special Advocates, Leadership Prince William, the University of Virginia Health Foundation, as well as the Chamber board. He holds an “AV/Preeminent” rating, the highest possible peer rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
