The JCM H.E.L.P. Center is owned and operated by Joyce Carelock Ministries, a non-profit (501)(C)(3) organization located in Manassas, Va. The H.E.L.P. in their name stands for Helping, Educating and Loving People.
The goal of the H.E.L.P. Center is to empower individuals involved in their programs by providing them with the educational opportunities, available resources, and training necessary to break the cycles of poverty and emotional instability. They provide stimulating programs that foster personal growth and build strong relationships within the community.
The JCM H.E.L.P. Center is located at 9161 Liberia Ave in Manassas, VA 20110. The Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
