Prince William Chamber of Commerce Wants You to
Get 2 Know City Center at Manassas Park

Manassas, Virginia – The Prince William Chamber of Commerce and Weber Rector Commercial Real Estate Services, in partnership with True North Management Group, invite the business community to a special after-hours reception on Thursday, July 10. The free event, entitled “Get 2 Know City Center at Manassas Park” is an opportunity for colleagues to gather at the community’s downtown hub, City Center. The event allows Manassas Park and Greater Prince William’s “business best” to step inside the office and retail space located at 9145 Manassas Drive in Manassas Park from 5:00-7:00 p.m., and experience the significant potential for these well-located spaces as the next logical step in implementing Manassas Park’s broader goal of promoting economic activity in the City Center area. RSVP is required.
Kim Alexander, City Manager for the City of Manassas Park is looking forward to the function, which will highlight the City’s centerpiece development. “The City of Manassas Park could not be more pleased with the investment that True North Management Group has made in the City Center project. The 291 apartments above these retail and offices spaces provide a ready clientele for any business that moves in. If you’ve ever been curious about these spaces within walking distance to the VRE (Virginia Railway Express) and only minutes from Route 28, Liberia Avenue and I-66, then bring a friend or colleague to this event.”
Attendees will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages as they learn about owner True North Management Group’s commitment to economic development in Manassas Park. Leasing agents from Weber Rector Commercial Real Estate Services will be on hand to showcase the built out suites as well as the build-to-suit spaces available.
“The City of Manassas Park is in a much different place than it was four years ago when City Center was first built,” stated Coleman Rector, Co-Owner and Broker at Weber Rector Commercial Real Estate Services. “In the next twenty-four months, residential developments, traffic counts, and VRE rider volume are all projected to see significant increases. This is a great opportunity for any business to become very visible in an area of Manassas Park which lies front and center in the community’s growth path. If ever you’ve driven by and wondered if City Center would be the right fit for your business, I encourage you to stop by on July 10th”, Mr. Rector was quoted as saying.
“’The Get 2 Know’ programs are a relatively new type of Chamber event,” says Prince William Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Debbie Jones. “They allow us to provide programming on a particular project of interest and answer questions for our community. In this case, we are pleased to provide an event to educate the region on this beautiful and exciting project in Manassas Park.”
