Come learn how to keep your memory sharp with rejuvenating techniques. Quick and easy memory habits will be described and demonstrated. Simple materials and household objects will be used to aid short-term and long-term memory. Participants will be able to distinguish essential from nonessential information to unclutter your memory.
Bring your lunch and the library will provide beverages and desserts, at the Bull Run Regional Library on Thursday, October 30th at 12:30 p.m., during the monthly meeting of the library’s North of 50 Lunch ‘n’ Learn group, a forum for seasoned adults over 50. Registration is requested for this free program and begins September 25th.
