MANASSAS, Va., June 1, 2026 — MP Copiers, LLC today announced it has rebranded
to MP Managed Solutions, reflecting the company’s evolution from a copier and print
service provider into a comprehensive office solutions partner for businesses throughout
the DMV.
The rebrand follows the acquisition of the company in April by local Army veteran and
entrepreneur Sean McIlroy and underscores a broader commitment to helping
organizations streamline operations through integrated office solutions. Founded in
1993 by Mark Yingling, the company began by providing copier and printer services to
businesses across Manassas. Over the past three decades, MP has grown throughout
the region by delivering on its promise of responsive service, reliable support, and
customized print management solutions to thousands of customers. Yingling and MP
Copiers began adding IT services and VoIP phone solutions a couple of years ago.
