#NEWS | APPLICATIONS BEING ACCEPTED THE LANDING AT MASON’S BRIDGE APARTMENTS
The Prince William County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) issued Industrial Revenue Bonds to assist The Lawson Companies in financing the acquisition, construction, and equipping of an affordable multifamily residential rental housing project known as The Landing at Mason’s Bridge. The project consists of 8 newly constructed four-story buildings containing approximately 340 residential units, representing 338,000 net rentable square feet, on Mason’s Bridge Way in the Woodbridge Magisterial District.
Applications for Apartment Units are now being accepted. Residents of the affordable one, two, and three-bedroom apartments will enjoy community amenities including: Resort-Style Swimming Pool, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Community Clubhouse, Enclosed Dog Park, and In-Unit Laundry. Income restrictions apply. ADA units are available for qualified applicants with disabilities.
