Potomac Place Assisted Living Community and Project Mend A House will sponsor a Health Fair/Fall Risk Prevention Screening on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 10a-3p, location 2133 Montgomery Avenue, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
This is a no cost screening for visual, hearing and physical therapy screenings and much more. This screening is for all seniors and caregivers in Prince William County, there will be a light lunch.
