In an historic event, Virginia’s two major party candidates for governor will present their ideas for Virginia’s future to an audience of business leaders from the commonwealth’s most important electoral battleground

Prince William, VA – Demonstrating the growing significance of Virginia’s most important electoral battleground region, the two major party contenders in the 2013 gubernatorial contest will appear before an audience of business and community leaders from Loudoun, Prince William, Reston and Fredericksburg in an Aug. 9 gubernatorial candidate forum.
Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Ken Cuccinelli will face off in this “Battleground Forum” at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas.  Following a brief opening statement, the two candidates will each take questions from a panel of seasoned business leaders on the issues of importance to the Commonwealth’s economy and business climate.
