PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — August 17, 2026 — The annual celebration of local excellence has officially begun! The Prince William Times is proud to announce that nominations for the highly anticipated 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards are now open to the public through August 25th.
The Readers’ Choice Awards serve as a premier platform for residents, customers, and business owners to recognize and support the outstanding establishments, services, and individuals that make Prince William County a vibrant place to live and work. Whether you are a local business owner looking to highlight your services or a dedicated patron eager to champion your favorite community spots, now is the time to jump in and make your voice heard.
Key Award Schedule & Program Milestones
•Nominations Period: August 12– August 25, 2026
•Voting Window: August 26 – September 16, 2026
•Winners Announced: October 22, 2026
Following the conclusion of the nomination period on August 25th, nominees will advance to the official voting phase, which kicks off on August 26th and remains open through September 16th. Winners will be officially revealed on October 22nd across all Prince William Times platforms.
