Yolanda C. Green-Vice Chair
External Affairs Manager, Dominion Energy Services, Inc.She is responsible for state and local government relations and community affairs in Prince William County and the town/city municipalities within it.
Yolanda joined the company in September 2023.Green previously held positions at WGL Energy, McDonald’s LLC, Tidewater Regional Transit, and was an Adjunct Professor at Norfolk State University.
She is a member of the board of Prince William Historic Preservation, vice chair of Prince William Historic Commission, board of directors for Prince William Chamber and a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Green received her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. She believes “handling adversity well is the key to strength!”
