Kristi Black serves as the Director of Government Affairs for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce.

As Director of Government Affairs, Kristi leads advocacy efforts and helps shape public policy to support the local business community. With more than 8 years of experience in government affairs and coalition-building, Kristi works closely with elected officials, regional stakeholders, and chamber members to advance key economic initiatives.

Kristi previously worked in various capacities for Governor Abigail Spanberger, including Deputy Political Director for the gubernatorial campaign and District Director in the congressional office, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations, including strategic engagement and constituent services. In her congressional capacity, she worked closely with business leaders, workforce development professionals, and Chambers of Commerce to promote policies and initiatives that support local businesses and grow workforce talent.

Kristi brings a strong entrepreneurial background as the former owner/operator of a small bakery business in Northern Virginia. She also has a background in Human Resources, where she specialized in the management of employee benefit programs.
