The best part of the workout is the built-in time for you to stretch your muscles in between working them.
Pure Barre also teaches you to check in with your mental wellness while building your physical strength and wellness. The teachers prompt you to monitor your breathing and listen to what your body is saying. You’re encouraged to do the best thing you can do for your body at that particular moment. In this space, you’re able to grow your wellness in a new way.
