Written by Marketing Coordinator: Asheton Rose Graham
Meet Beckie Campbell, Our Offix Customer of the Month! Mrs. Campbell and her husband Cecil are owners to Cecil Tractor’s Inc. located off 763 James Madison Highway, in Warrenton Virginia.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Ms. Campbell and really get to know her, the team members, and the mission behind Cecil Tractors. It was a rainy and snowy Friday. The weather was not up to par. However, once I walked through the doors, I immediately felt a warmness from the entire staff. Smiling and friendly faces that made the gloomy weather dissipate. Mrs. Campbell was just as genuine and inviting as you could imagine.
The Campbell’s are lifelong native’s to VA. Beckie is a true Warrentonian, where her family has owned several businesses. It is safe to say entrepreneurship runs through her veins. Cecil is originally from Alexandria. Cecil and Beckie met during their time studying at NC State University. Where Cecil played football for the Wolfpack and the rest is history. They had originally started by opening a tractor and repair store at the old Chick’s location in Warrenton. They have now been in business together for 33 years! When they aren’t busy working, they love spending time with their family and grand-babies. Family is extremely important to the Campbell’s. Beckie informed me that they even have a family dinner every Sunday. I can feel their love for family reflect in their business and their staff. You can feel the tight knit and family atmosphere that is ever so present. The light that exudes through the Campbell’s and their staff, was a truly incredible thing to witness and be apart of. By the time our interview was over, I felt like part of the family.
So what exactly makes a local, family owned and operated business of 33 years so successful? Beckie answered,
It’s simple our mission is to offer you the latest in parts and products at the best prices, with unparalleled service. We assist our clients more than what we sell. We provide warranty work, demonstrations of use, and 6 in house mechanics that will work on equipment even if it’s not sold in the store. We value the opportunity to create a long-term relationship with our customers, and we do that by giving you the best customer service available.
Cecil’s Tractors, Inc is an authorized Bush Hog®, Exmark, Husqvarna®, Mahindra, Sure-Trac, Stihl® and Ventrac dealership serving the Warrenton, Virginia area. They carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. When you are ready to invest in a new lawn mower, power equipment, trailer, tractor and UTV and more, their friendly and knowledgeable sales, financing, service and parts departments are prepared to make sure your experience is outstanding, from assisting while you’re making your choice to ongoing maintenance and customization. A tried and true one stop shop! They will even Buy, Sell (Consign), or Trade Used Equipment! They will be having an open house April 20! Everyone is invited to come by and check out their product lines, meet the staff, and watch equipment demonstrations.
We had a few extra moments to discuss her customer loyalty with Offix. I asked her what has been her favorite thing about working with us? She was quick to say, “It’s so EASY to use. Our machine handles the printing we need, and Casie Boyd has been INCREDIBLE to work with. She even gave a shout-out to our service guys and how their response time and communication is out of this world.
All in all, my time spent with Beckie and the entire Cecil Tractor family was a true honor and a privilege. Having moments to get to know our customers and understand their stories is quite a pleasure. That is what makes our relationships with our customers so special. “The Offix Experience” is all about getting to know our customers on a deeper level and learning something from them in the process.
