Prince William Business Recycling Report – Due by February 15, 2019

The 2019 Prince William Business Recycling Report is available on line at:


Online is the recommended method. However, you may print and complete the attached document and return it to the Prince William County Solid Waste Division by mail. (Print double side, if possible.  Printing and mailing the form printed singled side, 6 pages, will require extra postage.)


Additional Information:

Sec. 22-169 of the Prince William County Code requires that all businesses and non-residential properties located in Prince William County  to annually report their recycling activities to the Department of Public Works by February 15, 2019 for the previous calendar year-2018. The report should be completed by the person who is most familiar with trash and recycling collection for the property or business. Home-based businesses and business located in the incorporated towns of Dumfries, Haymarket, Occoquan or Quantico; or the  cities of Manassas or Manassas Park  are exempt for filing this report. 


This information is required in order for the County to comply with recycling reporting requirements established by the Commonwealth of Virginia.  The report should only take about 10-15 minutes to complete and may be completed by clicking on the link above.  Thank you for your cooperation and efforts to reduce waste in Prince William County.
