Halloween Pet Costume Contest at Manassas City Library

Show us your furry friends! Submit a photo of your pet wearing their Halloween costume and the staff at the Manassas City Library will vote for their favorites! All participants will receive a Halloween pin and winners will receive a prize. Email your photos and your pet’s name to LibManassasCity@pwcgov.org. Please wear a mask or face covering. In accordance with CDC guidelines, Prince William County requires all employees and visitors to wear a mask or face covering while inside county facilities.
