ECPI is currently looking for new businesses and companies, who offer tuition assistance/reimbursements to their employees, to partner with to help reduce student debt!
As a partner company, you will have additional educational benefits available to assist you with employee growth options, specifically through hands-on, skills-based education. Productivity, employee recruitment, and retention are all key areas that impact your business. Investing in your employees is one of the best ways to ensure growth and long term stability. There is no out-of-pocket expense to the employer. Minimal administrative effort is required for the program.
ECPI will match employer tuition assistance for its enrolled employees and their dependents, up to 15% of the total cost of the program.
