As we celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Patriot Cruise & Salute, we kindly request your assistance in identifying exceptional individuals who have shown extraordinary courage and selflessness in saving lives, often risking their own lives in the process. Our aim is to honor these heroes from diverse sectors, including the U.S. Armed Forces, Gold Star Families, First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Firefighters. 

If you are aware of someone deserving recognition, we warmly invite you to recommend them for our upcoming event on September 16, 2023. Our goal is to express heartfelt gratitude to these individuals and their loved ones by organizing a day of relaxation and appreciation. This will involve a boat ride with volunteers who wish to show their support. Following the boat ride, we will gather at Electric Palm for a meal and coin ceremony to honor each hero.

We are actively seeking boats and their captains for the cruise, volunteers to serve as first mates, and guides who will assist our honorees throughout the event. Additionally, we need ground crew members to help with event setup, teardown, and ensuring the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of our honorees.

Donations of any kind are also welcome to create thank-you bags for each honoree. To fund the event, we are selling raffle tickets for $25 each, and sponsorship opportunities are available.

The day’s activities will begin at 11 am and conclude around 6 pm. We would be delighted to have 200 people at the welcome area from 11:00 to 12:00. Even if you cannot offer your boat, please come out to cheer and express gratitude to our honorees.

We will need volunteers starting as early as 8:00 am to assist with event setup, and some will be needed for cleanup after 6:00 pm.
